When you invite General Media Consulting into the conversation regarding your business, you will see results.  General Media with walk with you (and your team if applicable) through the initial consultation.  The purpose of this meeting is to get to know you and your heart towards your business and the customers you serve.  There is a questionnaire that we will complete together so that we will be able to more effectively estimate the needs of your organization.  General Media will then prepare a comprehensive proposal to lead you and your company through the strategic management process.  Once you feel comfortable with the plan and estimated cost, we will be able to get started helping you build a solid business.  

With all of the processes in place to empower you to grow and flourish, General Media Consulting will be available for any follow up you need, either on a fee basis or, as many clients prefer, we can set up a reasonable retainer based consulting relationship.
