Position Overview
Join our Creative and Branding division as a Web Designer / UX Specialist, working remotely as a 1099 independent contractor. You'll design and optimize digital experiences for clients as directed by our Marketing Consultants, Business Consultants, and Brand Strategists, creating websites and digital interfaces that convert visitors into customers while maintaining brand consistency.
What You'll Do
- Website Design & Development: Create responsive, conversion-focused websites that align with brand strategy and business objectives
- User Experience Design: Develop intuitive user journeys, wireframes, and prototypes that optimize for conversion and user satisfaction

- Mobile Optimization: Ensure exceptional mobile user experience across all devices and screen sizes

How You'll Work
- Strategic Collaboration: Partner with Brand Strategists to ensure digital experiences reflect brand positioning and messaging
- Consultant Partnership: Execute web projects based on strategic direction from our consulting team
- Data-Driven Design: Use analytics and user feedback to continuously optimize digital experiences for better performance
- Cross-Team Integration: Coordinate with Graphic Designers to maintain visual brand consistency across digital and print materials
- Technical Implementation: Work with development teams or implement designs using modern web technologies and CMS platforms
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Web Design Experience: 3+ years designing websites and digital experiences with strong portfolio
- UX/UI Expertise: Solid understanding of user experience principles, conversion optimization, and interface design
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in HTML/CSS, responsive design, and modern web design tools
- Platform Experience: Experience with WordPress, Squarespace, Webflow, Shopify, or other CMS platforms
